Why Steam Your Yoni?

Vaginal steaming involves exposing the vagina to steam vapours in order to cleanse it and restore its health.  Vaginal tissues absorb very easily.  Directing herbal vapours specifically towards this area helps the herbs to penetrate instantly, offering all the beneficial properties of the herb straight into the vaginal tissues.

HOW IT WORKS

Herbs are simply placed in a clean bowl of boiling water.  You then sit over this bowl allowing the vapours to penetrate the vaginal tissues. Full instructions are provided with your order.

HOW MUCH DO I GET?

Each packet contains 75g, which is enough for 5 yoni steam sessions. Depending on your condition, one to two steams per week is the advisable limit, remembering not to steam during your period.
